How is October almost over? I seriously can't get over how much I love fall! The cooler temps, cozying up by the fire with my babies and a cup of hot chocolate, my go-to homemade chili and sugar cookies, visiting the pumpkin patch and picking out pumpkins to carve, my favorite fall candle burning, wearing lots of layers and boot season!
A couple weeks ago I took Isla Rose with me to run some errands and we decided to stop in at our local DSW. They have such a wide assortment for every style and we found so many that we loved! I picked out a few of my favorites and of course Isla did the same... like mother, like daughter ;)
One of my favorite style of boots has always been over-the-knee. It's such a hot trend that we're going to see a lot of this season! These thigh-high boots from DSW are super cute and affordable (under $140!!!) and can easily be dressed up or down. I went with this gorgeous deep burgundy color because it's so popular right now and perfect for fall! I also found these classic black mules, I love them because they are effortless slip-ons that you can throw on with any outfit. When we went back to the kid's section these boots were the first thing Isla spotted and she literally ran up to them, grabbed a box and wanted to put them on right then and there! It was so cute. She's been wearing them nonstop ever since!
