Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer returns with a $7 shipping charge, which is deducted from your return amount once we have received and inspected the items.
If a product is noted as Final Sale on the product page, it is ineligible for returns.
Can I exchange my item for other items?
Of course! We are pleased to offer free exchanges--with no return shipping cost--as long as the items meet our qualifications (listed below).

What are the qualifications for returns and exchanges?
Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, and have original tags attached. Our Customer Relations team inspects items to ensure they meet the qualifications to be returned or exchanged.
Items must also be shipped in original packaging to minimize damage and avoid transit issues. Please note we are not able to honor returns sent without their original packaging.

How soon do I have to return items?
We allow returns initiated within 21 days of your purchase. Once you have initiated a return through the RP website, we must receive the shipped item within 7 days to start inspection and issue your refund. Please note if we receive your shipment outside of that time frame, we can only issue you store credit.
What is the turnaround time for refunds to be issued?
We try to process your returns as fast as possible. Once we receive and inspect your shipment, you will receive your refund within 7-10 business days.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
You cannot make changes to your order once you’ve submitted it, but please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if there’s anything we can do for you.
