I had so many emails and DM's with questions of everything I wore last weekend. I've added all links here! Ok, I have to preface this. I'm not a travel guide expert but below is what we did and loved the few times we've been to Washington. We have fallen in love and it will be a family vacation we continue to take for years to come!
We have had such a fun weekend in Washington! We came here a few years ago for the Tulip Festival so we were so excited to come back!! This time to go to a peony farm (dream come true!!!). Here's a list of what we did in case you ever find yourself of your family in Seattle!
Where to Stay:
Seattle-Kimpton Palladine, The Thompson or Four Season!! Kimpton will be cheaper, The Thompson and Four Season has stunning views of Seattle and are more luxurious!
Skagit County-Hotel Bellwether (charming and clean, we loved it. We stayed there two years ago).
...What to do:
Seattle- Pikes Market Ferry to Ice Cream Space Needle Artist at Play Playground Ferris Wheel Aquarium Nordstrom Flagship Store Skagit County- Lulu Outlet Store!!! It's worth a trip just for the Lulu store alone!! Amazing selection and everything is half off!!! Boxx Berry Farm! Most delicious berries you'll ever taste in your life. Flower Farms!! Best in April during the Tulip Festival. May for peonies and there is a dahlia bloom in August! We went to Pure Peonies! There's another peony field down the way that I hear is beautiful! We are making this a tradition and coming to the flower fields every year we love it so much! ... Where to Eat: Seattle- Serious Pie (kid friendly and best margarita pizza ever)! Bacco (so yummy for brunch) Machiavelli (good classic Italian) Skagi County- Smaller town so there's not a lot of options but there's a seafood restaraunt on the same street as Hotel Bellwether that's super good!
