My Triple Berry Protein Shake Recipe…

I have been making a new protein shake after my workouts that I have been loving and it’s been a fun change from my usual! This recipe is healthy, yummy and super easy. I have added the recipe below! 

If the color of your shake turns out different than mine, don’t worry, it varies! Every time I’ve made this same mixture it’s turned out a different color… from pink, to green to purple! Tastes the same though! I hope you love it!

 

-Triple Berry Protein Shake Recipe-

 

1 scoop of  Vital Proteins Organic Whey Protein – Unflavored 

A Handful of Spinach

1/2 cup of Mixed Berries 

1/3 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk ( I use the Califia Farms Brand from Harmons )

1/2 cup of crushed ice 

1/2 of a banana 

 

Blend in your blender of choice, but I highly recommend the Blendtec! I have linked it here.
