^^ This is probably one of my kid’s favorites! They eat it almost every morning. I love eating this on Saturday mornings after a run or cardio class. You can also eat the scrambled eggs alone and add your favorite veggies.
Kodiak Cakes and Scrambled Eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 egg whites
Mix all together then cook eggs in a frying pan
Kodiak Cakes (follow directions on packaging)
Top Kodiak Cakes with 1 TBS of pure maple syrup and scrambled eggs
^^ This green smoothie is the best way to get all of your nutrients and greens in first thing in the morning!
Heaping handful of spinach
1 TBS chia seeds
1 TBS almond butter
1 serving of protein powder (this one is my favorite)
1 cup of water or unsweetened almond milk
^^ These breakfast tacos are delicious and filling! Such a great way to add variety to your breakfast line up.
2 corn tortillas
1 Light Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Wedge
1 egg white
Top with fresh pico or salsa and avocado
