Something I love to make a tradition of every year is a family staycation in Park City! Being close to the mountains in Utah makes it so easy to get away and enjoy a change of scenery; the air is always fresh and clear up the canyons, and the winter snow is stunning.
We were recently invited to stay at Stein Eriksen Residences in Deer Valley, one of my favorite areas near the ski resorts and downtown Park City. (I've visited Deer Valley year-round and it's always gorgeous.) Drew and I had such a great weekend with the kids!
I got a few questions from my Instagram Stories from the weekend, so here's little rundown of the accommodations at Stein Eriksen...
We arrived on Friday and had a super easy check-in, then Drew and I were invited to have dinner with some of the hospitality. Something I love about the lodge is its babysitting service; the kids had a blast with their babysitter, Bryn while Drew and I got to relax and unwind.
On Saturday we enjoyed the pool (of course!) and Drew and I treated ourself to a massage. That evening we had dinner at Riverhorse on Main; I love this spot for any trip to Park City, but this felt especially luxurious for our vacation. My favorite dish is the Macadamia Nut Crusted Alaskan Halibut!
If you're a Utah local, I highly recommend Stein Eriksen for a weekend getaway... same if you're out of Utah and have a chance to visit during ski season or Sundance. It's everything you want from a mountain vacation and winter destination!
