Today, wraps up my third and final favorite spots in NYC series with ShopStyle. Last stop... Patsy's Pizzeria, located in the Upper East Side. Patsy's has been a favorite of mine for many years, I don't think my tastebuds could ever tire of their Penne a la Vodka.
