She asked me to share with you my go-to summer look. Because I am a stay-at-home mom to two young kids, it’s very important for me to be comfortable but to still look put-together. And being a girly girl, I typically prefer lightweight skirts and dresses over shorts when it's warm outside. So, my favorite look for summer is just a classic white tee dressed up with a breezy striped skirt & metallic flat sandals (as much as I love heels, these are more practical). This would be great for a day of shopping, running errands around town or a trip to the farmer’s market. If it’s a little cooler where you live, a denim jacket would be the perfect topper for this ensemble…or add a colorful scarf!
