Today I'm excited to give you all a peek inside our newly decorated laundry room and tell you about my new Electrolux washer and dryer we had installed a few months ago. I can't believe that since becoming a mom how much more laundry I do…who knew such a teeny tiny human could require SO much laundry! Miss Isla Rose is a busy one-year-old who loves to explore and make messes, which in turn makes messes not only on her clothes, but mine as well. Now days it doesn't matter if I'm wearing white, hot pink or black, I always end up with some type of smudge or stain on my shirt by the end of the day. With baby #2 coming so soon, I can only imagine that all the stained clothing is only going to get worse!
My Electrolux washer has been amazing because for starters, it's gorgeous. It looks so good in the space and I love how the chrome accents on both the washer and the dryer match perfectly with the hardware that's on my cabinets. More importantly, I love my washer because it uses SmartBoost technology to effectively remove stains. I wore this white Tory Burch cardi the other night to a family BBQ and Isla was chowing down on watermelon and blueberries, which of course got all over the both of us. I was so worried the stains wouldn't come out of my cardi and her little romper since they are both white, but after I washed it, they both looked good as new (Tory cardi's aren't cheap so I'm glad I'm still able to wear it)!! I also wear a lot of bright colors (especially red and pink) and I love that if I get a stain on something that's a bright color, my Electrolux washer will keep it looking fresh and vibrant.
