Pretty but didn't work out

I felt the sleeves were a bit too big for me but I still loved the dress. The main reason I returned was the length of the dress. Rachel's dresses use to all be to the knee and longer but they have been becoming shorter and even though I'm 5'1 they are still shorter than I like. I hope they start going back to their old style lengths and higher necklines. (Not for this dress since it is necktie but many of the other dresses I would've bought if they weren't so low cut)
