
One of our holiday family traditions is creating the Parcell favorite “Eggcellent” breakfast topped with the most delicious “Magical Syrup” recipe. It’s salty and sweet and always a hit!
Here’s what you’ll need…
Eggcellent Directions:
Step 1: In a large frying pan, fry 1 20oz package of Simply Potatoes until golden brown.
Step 2: Cut your 1 lb of bacon into squares and fry in a separate pan. Remove bacon and grease from pan and set aside.
Step 3: Fry 1 lb of sausage, set aside. Fry ½ lb of ham, set aside.
Step 4: Combine all meat and potatoes into pan and crack in all 18 eggs. Allow eggs to cook and mix together with meat and potatoes.
Step 5: Stir in 2 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese.
Step 6: Salt and pepper to taste.
Magical Syrup Directions:
Step 1: Melt ½ cup butter in sauce pan over medium heat, stir in 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of HWC until smooth.
Step 2: For the grand finale… drizzle the magical syrup over your Eggcellent and enjoy!
