  1. I would style this dress with a black studded belt I have, a la Carrie Bradshaw. I’d leave my hair down and curled, do a great pair of black pumps, and either a few layers of pearl necklaces or no necklace at all.

  2. Congrats on the new site! I have to say I prefer blogger.. But I love your blog and will continue being a regular reader. Now onto the competition: gorgeous dress. I’d style it with my gold glittery Jimmy Choos and a simple clutch :)

  3. Congrats on the new site! Looks beautiful, and love that dress. You should setup a site redirect from the old URL to the new one, that way all the traffic is automatically redirected to the new URL and you don’t lose any SEO! But you probably already know that :) congrats again!

  4. So proud of you. Congrats on your new accomplishment. It’s came out great. You should be proud of it.

    Have a wonderful day!

  5. Love the look with high nude or black heels! i’m short so i’d belt it just like you! (to avoid looking like a potato sack) and some sparkly holiday earrings!

  6. I can’t get over this dress! That color is so gorgeous. It’s so versatile you could honestly style this so many ways! I am loving it with the gold belt though. :)

  7. gorgeous new site and dress! I would style this for a wedding we have in February with the awesome Kate Spade glitter clutch, some gold heels and loose curls! Let the dress speak for itself.

  8. Love the new blog look, and of course, the dress. I would style the dress with my highest black heels, a beautiful pearl necklace and a glittery skinny belt – perfect NYE look! Happy holidays!

  9. almost exactly like you styled it – gold glitter j crew belt and gold shoes (my wedding shoes just happen to be gold glitter jimmy choos, could they be more perfect for this??) would pull out all the stops for one of the upcoming holiday parties I’ll be attending!

  10. Such a cute dress! I would wear it to a wedding I have coming up with a thin black patent belt, black heels, and some statement earrings!

  11. I would style this ADORABLE dress with my new black booties and a black belt for some of my work holiday parties. So festive, merry and bright!

  12. Congratulations on the gorgeous new design, Rachel! You never fail to inspire all of us ladies in fashion, life, blogging, and entrepreneurship. Thanks for all you do and have fun with the new design!

  13. I would style this dress with a skinny leopard print belt, some flared denim (current+elliot) and round it out with some dainty, pale/nude pointy stilettos. I can see the holiday parties now, in this little number!

    1. I can’t believe I forgot to tell how I would style this beauty! I was a little excited for your new site :)

I would use my Leopard MK heels, definitely belted with a wide brimmed floppy hat ! I would have to try the look on to see
if I would use my chunky pearl cluster necklace too!

      XOXO,

  14. This site is perfection! You’ve done an amazing job with it! Do you mind me asking if your using wordpress.com or .org? I have .com and I find there are so many limitations to what I can and can’t do. Also, who designed this site?
Keep up the amazing work lady!

    1. Hi Cindy!
I was on WordPress.com for a LONG time and recently learned that if you have something like yourblog.wordpress.com or yoursite.blogspot.com, the content isn’t really yours and Google can shut you down without giving you a reason. However, if you go through WordPress.org and use hosting site that will support you (I use GoDaddy) should you need anything, the content belongs to you. You can also find fun templates and change it however you want!

  15. Absolutely love the dress and the new site, congrats! FYI, the photos are taking forever to load on my computer, so I’m sure that’s getting fixed, but just wanted to be sure!

  16. I would style the Cynthia Rowley dress with a thin black belt and the black Kate Spade shoes with gold toe and bow. I would also add black crystal earrings and bracelet.

  17. I think this dress would be great for holiday parties – I have the perfect pair of silver pumps that would go great with it!

  18. Rachel, the new site looks amazing – congrats!! I’m a daily reader and can’t wait to see how your blog continues to grow!

This dress is absolutely incredible (that color…). I don’t have shoes as amazing as yours, but I would wear this with nude or black strappy sandals and a sparkly clutch and baubles!

  19. I absolutely love the new site! It is so fresh and new! But still has all my favorite things from the old site :) I love your blog, I read it every morning! Excited to see what else is in store! xo

  20. The website doesn’t seem to look right—not sure if it’s on my end or not…but it’s late to scroll and unfold the photos…takes a long time and the printing is all over?

  21. I would style this dress with an awesome pair of black pumps and a fun statement necklace with lots of sparkle! Perfect for the holidays!

  22. Yay! Welcome to WordPress, love! Now I can comment on your posts! I’ve been a long-time reader, but just haven’t been able to comment lately. I LOVE your new blog design and can’t wait to see all the great things you’ll be doing for 2014! XO

    1. And since it’s winter, I’d go with sheer black tights with a green jewel-toned belt, Charlotte Olympia black heels with the glitter soles (pop of shiny on the feet, hehe) and keep my jewelry and accessories minimal using your earrings and a clear clutch by MNO.logie to let the dress stand out even more so. Too much detail? Haha! ;)

  23. Thank you so much for this giveaway! I would style this dress with gold accessories and my new Kenzie fur coat. PERFECT for the holiday. xox

  32. Your dress is divine, and so is the new site! I’ve been a big fan of both you and your sister for a while now and look forward to your posts every morning :) Congratulations! I can’t wait to check out all the links at the top. May i ask what font the new “pink peonies” name is in? It’s a perfect mix of cursive and fun.
    Best,

  33. Hi Rachel! I love the dress! I would wear it with a black thin belt and Valentino black heels accompanied by a crystal gold chunky necklace and a gold watch.

  34. How would you style this dress? I actually love the gold belt you’ve added but I also might try a nude belt or a bright purple to add even more color. Green might be great as well.

  35. Congratulations on the new site, Rach! I’m so happy I stumbled upon your blog a few years ago as it has continued to be one of my favorites. I love my daily dose of Pink Peonies – so much that even my boyfriend asks, “so what is Rachel wearing today?” Gotta love it.

Now, for this gorge CR!!! What a stunning color. I love how you’ve incorporated the simplicity of gold & silver with this look. For my Winter Wonderland (MN) CR look, I would pair this dress with jewel tones: my Kenneth Jay Lane emerald drop earrings, Juicy Couture embellished emerald mini bag, J.Crew skinny calf haired belt, black peep toe lace up pumps and last but certainly not least – the lip: Rebel by MAC.

  36. Hmm… Maybe my calf hair leopard skinny belt and some gold heels. Thick black tights with seams down the back! And a chunky gold statement necklace.

  37. The color of the dress looks beautiful on you! You look stunning!! I love everything from your look, gorgeous as always! I would loove to win this beauty!! Xoxo

  40. I’d style this beauty with a sparkly bow belt, some nude pumps and minimal jewelry. It’s so bright that it doesn’t need much! Congratulations on the new blog design, it’s great! :)

  43. I’d style the dress with a glittery gold belt, gold chandelier earrings, black opaque tights and simple black heels. Thanks for the giveaway and the new site looks fantastic! I especially like the large image slider at the top – very sleek looking!

  44. Beautiful new website! I would style the dress exactly like you did, because you can do no wrong! …and I don’t have the time to shop around so I love to take cues from stylin’ people like you. Thanks for the giveaway!

  45. I’d pair with a leopard belt for work/church and a silver or gold belt and metallic heels for a nice night out with the hubs or Christmas parties!

  46. I’d style this dress with a thin leopard J crew belt, nude pump wedges and a small accent necklace. Thanks for this opportunity!

  47. Your new site is amazing, Rachel! We have been following you for a long while over at Confessions of the Glitterati and couldn’t be more excited for you!

Furthermore, the dress amazing. I’d style the fabulous color with black pumps and black jewelry to really stand out against the pink!

    xx

  48. I’d wear this beautiful dress to a holiday party, then again in the spring/summer to bridal/baby showers and weddings!

  49. I would style this dress with a fun layering of statement necklaces, including my JCrew floral necklace, black pumps, and a simply black clutch. Let the dress talk!

  50. Oh so many ways to style this versatile dress! For the holidays I think some black lace tights or black sequin scarf would be great! Love the gold you have combined with it. So pretty.

  51. Beautiful new site! That dress looks gorgeous on you I can only hope to look that great in it if I win!! Thanks for the opportunity!

  52. Love this dress. I love the way you wore it. It would be perfect to wear to a holiday party. It would be fun to try it with a statement necklace instead of the belt with an updo and some sparkly heels.

  53. Love the new website! I would style this dress with thick black pumps and a skinny metallic belt for nighttime with a top knot and sparkly earrings! Would be so fun. Thank you!

  54. I would wear this dress very similar to the way it is shown, but I would pair is with black peep-toe pumps or black ankle boots. Also, I would use a black and gold bow belt and accent with gold and black jewelry. I would love to wear this dress for New Years since I will be going to California for the first time to visit my boyfriend and his family who I would be meeting for the first time. I think this dress is not only elegant, but comfortable and fun as well. I would love to rock this dress in any celebration!

  58. I have been following your blog only for the last few weeks and I am hooked! I get so excited to see your beautifully put together looks.

  59. what I wouldn’t give to win this beautiful dress! I have always loved Cynthia Rowley designs but because the clothes are so pricey and can only afford the pieces I find at TJ Maxx and Marshalls. I’m pretty sure half of my closet is by her and it’s because of all the beautiful prints, colors, and designs she uses! I would rock this dress so hard if I won it :)

    Xx Kristen

  60. Congratulations on this awesome site! This dress is phenomenal alone or complement it with multi layered chain statement necklace, or a nice scarf with a skinny belt and some rocking booties!

  61. Congratulations on the new site – it looks wonderful! Carolyna Pro is such a fun font and totally fits your aesthetic :)

Love that dress with the YSL lip color! Those glossy stains are becoming a new favorite of mine. I’d style this dress with some nude pumps, statement earrings, YSL glossy stain in #16 and a high top knot for a mod vibe.

  62. Great new site! I would style this dress either with a nude skinny belt and nude heels or with a black skinny belt and black pumps. It would also be really cute with black heeled booties and tights.

  63. Beautiful dress! I would style it with a fab necklace and some beautiful black or grey heels. The new website is very professional!!

  64. Congratulations on the new website! It looks beautiful, as do you! The dress is a stunner, and would look perfect with a femenine necklace in a soft turquoise color for my upcoming bridal shower :)

  65. I love how you styled this dress! Since it’s cold here in DC, I would throw on a pair of sheer black polka-dot hosiery, black booties, and a black/gold chain belt with some fun tassel earrings. Then throw on a fur coat for some extra glam! xx

  66. This dress is lovely! I would style with black tights, black high heel suede booties, gold jewelry and a long white coat for an upcoming holiday party.

  67. Loving the new site, lady! And of course, this DRESS! I would add some sparkle with gold Kate Spade glitter pumps, a sparkly clutch, and Pink Bubbly statement necklace. Instant party look! XX

  68. I would probably wear it with black sheer nylons with tiny black dots, black heeled leather boots, and a sparkly jeweled anthropologie belt..

  69. I love how you styled it! If I had that awesome belt I would do that! Since I don’t I would add a cute chunky necklace and no belt maybe? so cute!

  70. Love this dress! I’d style it with gold accessories or red (pumps and a belt). There are so many adorable ways to wear it!

  71. I love this dress! It’s totally my style and favorite color. I would style it with a big colorful statement necklace, a sparkly watch, and leopard pumps!

  72. Love this dress! I would pair it with silver pumps and matching belt, chandelier earrings and wear a sleek ponytail. Thanks for the giveaway! Fingers crossed. :)

  73. I love the way you styled it. However i would love this look with silver accessories. I would wear a sparkly belt and chandelier earrings with my hair up.

  75. Loving the versatility of this dress. Easily dressed up or down. The basic shape is also timeless; great piece for any wardrobe!

  76. Absolute perfection! Love love love the new site! Classy & sheek just like you! This dress would be such a fun New Years look, love it!

  77. I’d style this gorg lil number with a leopard print skinny belt, a gold Charlotte Olympia heel (had to copy…they’re perfect), a bright red lip like NARS Heat Wave (to contrast the pink and pop on my pale skin), a sleek “sock” bun, lots of baubles of a variety of colors (I love to be dripping in rings a la Rachel Zoe and adore Kate Spade gumdrop studs or a flashy chandelier), and a sleek clutch.

  78. To style this dress for a holiday cocktail party I would use black tights and black pumps with a fun chunky pearl statement necklace. This dress is so gorgeous it doesn’t need anything to make it stand out!

  79. I would love to wear this dress for the Holidays and my 3 year anniversary. Then finally get pictures done with my husband. We didn’t really do much pictures for our wedding (sadly) so we really need new pictures of us after 3 years.

  80. i adore you and this dress! it is perfect for the holiday season, with a splash of sparkle and a bold lip, you are ready for any party that may come!

  81. I would style it this way it , would be a beautiful floral silk scarf, to add some pattern interest, a thin pale pink belt, and some pointed cream flats. I love hats, so if you could find a delicate spring 20’s type hat ( via Bordwalk Empire) it would look lovely. This is how I would style it in the spring, at least.

  82. what a fabulous dress, i have one similar to it, but from h&m and i love it! if i were to dress it up more i would pair it with some nude valentino rockstars (if only i owned them) and a killer statement necklace i have from jcrew with green and blue and pink stones, hair in a low updo. if i were to dress it down a big i would pair it with my platinum jack rogers, platinum belt and hair in loose waves pinned back with a matching platinum bow.

love the new site, it really is gorgeous!

  83. Having a little extra weight on me at this time (I am working hard to lose it), I would not wear a belt with this dress, but I would accessorize with large sparkling, silver earrings, gorgeous sparkling silver bracelets, with a gorgeous silk scarf with a hint of magenta in it and finishing the style with gorgeous silver heels. But most importantly a beautiful smile with a gorgeous attitude will make this dress shine.

  84. I absolutely love this dress! The color is so rich. I would style it with black tights and black booties – plus a rose gold Ted Baker bow belt i already have a rose gold stud earrings. Simple but elegant. Love the look you gave to it too!

  85. I already love the way you styled this. It’s simple, yet still so glam. However depending on how it fit me, I may not belt it!
Loving the new site. Gorgeous as always!
    xoxo
    Kate
